We both graduated with a PhD in Business Administration from the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz/Austria.
Austria is also where we originally come from. Having lived many years abroad - Roland spent 2 years in Turkey building his own business, Katharina has lived and worked in France, UK and Sweden for about 2 years. Before moving to Norway in 2004, we have lived in Munich/Germany for 4 years.
Our jobs always included international assignments and teams and brought us to numerous places in Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
During our work life we've had Management roles (including roles in the management board of large enterprise companies) and have gained extensive experience from more than 10 years of consulting.
We have supported the organisations we have worked together with in a broad range of projects - from process design and organisational development to setting up new business areas and helping them along their digital transformation journey.
